Software/Product

Items purchased from Comtronic, paid in full prior to shipment, and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt or invoice, are eligible for refund. No refunds are allowed after 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. We recommend insuring all return shipments.

Customers wishing to return an item must call Comtronic Sales Department within the 30-day return period to receive a return authorization number.

A broken seal fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any open item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% broken seal fee will be assessed at the time of the refund. Shipping, travel, training and installation costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Support/Services

Comtronic Systems will refund any unused services fee within a 30 day period from date of purchase. Customers requesting a refund of unused services must present that request in writing to the Sales Department.
